Who we are?
We are a dedicated supported housing provider offering safe, clean, and welcoming accommodation for those facing homelessness or needing a fresh start. Our mission is to empower individuals by providing not just a place to stay, but a foundation for growth. With regular support sessions and a team of compassionate staff, we’re here to help you set goals, build confidence, and take the next steps toward a brighter future.
We welcome male and female residents and do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, or background.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Currently receiving benefits
- low level health challenges
- Able to participate in one hour of support weekly
- Capable of cohabiting and showing respect to others
- Prepared to pay a monthly service fee of £70
Housing Options Based on Gender:
We appreciate that individuals have different backgrounds and comfort levels, so we offer housing specifically for men or for women. These accommodations are especially helpful for those who may be recovering from difficult experiences or who simply prefer a single-gender living environment.
We recognise that filling out forms can be challenging for some. If you require assistance, please inform us, and we can support you either by phone or in person!
Restrictions
We aim to assist as many individuals as we can. However, at this time, we’re not equipped to accommodate people dealing with severe substance dependency or serious mental health challenges that could lead to unsafe situations or significantly disruptive behaviour.
